The ice hockey season is well underway for the Wiesbaden Vikings! This season the Vikings have three full teams competing in both the local Rhein-Main Hockeyliga, as well as the Mannheim-based Die Players Liga. The team competing in the DPL Division 5 is off to a fast start and currently sits in first place! The Vikings have also been on the road, sending two teams to compete in the Bayern Rangers’ annual Veterans Day pond hockey tournament on November 11th in Pegnitz, Germany. The team of Nick Stortini, Steve May, Jr., Matt Donofrio, and Luke Rose captured the title at the 12-team event.
