On 29-30 November 2013 the Vikings hosted the 2nd annual Viking Cup at the Henkell Kunsteisbahn. Five teams participated: EVW Icetigers, Wiesbaden Vikings, KMC Eagles, Spangdahlem Sabres, and Bayern Rangers. After a day and a half of hockey, the KMC Eagles triumphed in the championship game against the surprising Sabres. The Vikings placed 3rd.
The Vikings wish to give special thanks to EV Wiesbaden who assisted in arranging the tournament and to the Henkell & Co., who donated nine magnums of sekt for the top teams. Danke!
