In the final match of the regular season the Vikings beat the Mainprimaten in an
entertaining 12-goal-game. Both sides had many chances but the Vikings scored
first after 26 seconds and would never give up that lead. Yan Clermont had a
four-point game, Robert Painter added a hattrick as the Vikings beat Frankfurt 8-4 (4-2).
The playoff tournament will be held on the 16th of August, where the Vikings
will be playing the fourth seed (either Herborn or Bad Nauheim) for a spot
in the championship final.
